FIT FEST at iInterchange Systems Private Limited

Quality Health in association with Fitness ONE conducted an Employee Wellness Program called "FIT Fest". The event was held at iInterchange, at Anna Nagar Facility. Workplace Fitness Program consisted of Posture Analysis by Expert, Fun Wellness Activities and Fitness Demnonstration at work. All Staff were engaged with Workplace Fitness Tips & Wellness activities to improve their Wellbeing - Health, Comfort and Happiness. We also conducted a Competition on Fitness & Other games, Fun Events & Health Quizzes with prizes for the participants.
