1. Ensure a healthy diet and enough sleep every day from now on, as you start on your workout program, otherwise you will get exhausted very fast and your body will not have energy to face the rest of the day. Good nutritious food and enough sleep go hand in hand with a Gym Program.
2. Get enough water. It plays a very important role in supporting your workout schedule. Without enough hydration for your system, a strenuous workout schedule will deplete the water very fast from the organs in your body leading to fatigue and even organ damage.
3. Pay attention to what your body is telling you. If you are feeling sick, or tired or even sore after last time’s workout, take a break from the gym and give your body time to heal. You can always get back once you are feeling better. Pushing yourself too much, when you don’t feel up to it can even send you to a hospital.
4. Don’t be a part time Gym goer. Get into a regular schedule and stick to it for at least 6 months. After that it will start becoming a habit and then later an addiction. That’s one good addiction to have isn’t it
