NIRMALA NURSING HOME is a center exclusively for women and childcare started in 1984 run by Dr. Jayabalan and Dr. Nirmala Jayabalan. They have been in the Medical practice for 35 years with good amount of experience. The Center started as a small hospital with 20 beds, now it has gradually developed into 60-beded hospital. 

The NNH center takes special interest (care) in Obstetrics, Gynecology, Male & Female infertility, Neonatal care and Pediatrics.

This Home has seen more than forty thousand deliveries so far under the care of Dr.Nirmala Jayabalan.

The In Vitro Fertilization procedure/techniques Were started in 2008 in this center. The NNH is proud to inform that the first Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection (ICSI) baby from Karur District, was born in 2009 under the care of Dr. Deepa Krishnan. In 4 years more than eight hundred ART procedures were done here and nearly three hundred babies have born alive by this “In vitro fertilization”- ICSI method.

A 52-year-old woman is oldest mother in our IVF technology series. Our average success rate of pregnancies is 50%, which is on par with the International Standards.
