ONE OF THE PIONEERS IN ORTHOPAEDICS, Dr. Mukesh Shah (who is the founder of Aalok Hospital) started this hospital "AALOK ORTHOCARE HOSPITAL ", in 1982. We have witnessed the era in orthopaedics where very low infrastructure was available. The fracture reduction was done by Fluroscopy, trained staff was not available, implants avaibility had severe scarcity and whatever available was minimally designed. The Technology of instrumentation was very preliminary. Not much information was available for any operative procedures. The cadaveric workshops and seminars were in 'Dreams'!!! And having this scenario too, since 36 YEARS, the AALOK ORTHOCARE HOSPITAL is a witness of many happy, satisfied and result gained patients who were and now in their routine life again and performing their daily activities as normally as those were before the surgery.
